Presenter: Kyle Henderson

Experience a soft, gentle journey into the subtle realm of Self.  Using yoga connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will achieve physical, emotional, mental and energetic benefits. The practice will begin with an introduction to Qi Gong and move into Yin Yoga. With postures held longer in your physical body, you will use Mindfulness of Breathing.  By focusing on the breath, you will become aware of the mind’s tendency to jump from one thing to another.  This simple discipline of concentration brings you back to the present moment, which holds the richness of experience with numerous benefits.

4:00PM - 5:00PM • Heart Beat: Drum & Dance

Presenter: Kim Mayberry

For time immemorial the sound of the drum has brought humans together. Enjoy a full body rhythmic experience in this dance class and drum circle. You do not need an instrument - just your body. You will warm up with invigorating movement and explore different rhythms, all while learning simple hand-drumming techniques. We will play together in a circle and feel the connection we will create together - the group’s heartbeat.

5:30PM - 6:30PM • Movement is Life

Movement is life and every day is a gift! Finding a way that you love to move will bring so much balance into your life, both physically and mentally. Join this class to get the blood flowing and the body feeling alive. You will start the class with a warmup, followed by some body weight activity, and then a restorative cool down for you to absorb all the benefits of the work you put in.

When you hear the word trauma, you often think of the worst moments in your life. However, even small incidents can leave deep wounds that can affect you for years. Discover a practice of delving into the deepest parts of self - in a safe and nurturing space. Quiet your mind and learn to listen to the subtle cues and whispers of your body. In this profound experience, you will cease “going and doing” and discover how to just be and embrace the peace of stillness.

Over the past 100 years, the global life expectancy has more than doubled but this has not been accompanied by an equivalent increase in healthy life expectancy. People are living longer but many of those years are burdened by chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and even cancer. How many of those years we remain healthy and free from disease is only 20% dictated by our genes and 80 percent dictated by our lifestyles. This means we have incredible power and control over our future health, in preventing chronic diseases and increasing our longevity. During this event, you will learn ways to help extend your healthspan, delay age-related health issues, repair damaged organs and improve your quality of life; for your whole life! You’ll leave feeling physically inspired, wanting to eat healthy foods and with tips for staying mentally active and minimizing stress.

In your everyday life, you are constantly creating your reality. Your thoughts lead to actions and you see the outcome unfold before you. What many fail to see is that their thoughts and actions are affected by where they are positioned in their energy centers. During this event, you will gain perspective on 7 energy centers that make up the body. You will discover that how you respond to the world around you is dependant on which energy centre your consciousness is focused in. With practice of moving to certain centers consciously, you will become aware and able to respond to the world in an appropriate and beneficial way - gaining the ability to make impactful change to yourself and your life.

Delve into the common limiting beliefs about money, including blocks making, keeping and finding money opportunities in your life. Expand how you view the world through your abundance lens.

Experience an empowering event where you will use your voice to produce healing vibrational frequencies and restore balance in your body. You will be introduced to the theory of the five elements and explore your body systems, movement, sound and healing. Walk away with a deeper understanding of how your physical, emotional and mental states are inherently linked and discover the chants that are unique to your healing journey. Receive a full body healing session through the shared energetic five elements gentle movement practice and chanting vibrations in the room.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. The practice draws your attention inwards, beyond the five senses, as you learn to balance between the states of wakefulness and sleep. Travelling through brain states and energy layers, you will explore with a state of awareness that is unlike the sleep state. In the state of Yoga Nidra, you gain access to the subconscious and can change belief programs. You start to experience your interconnected wholeness and become aware of your timeless Self, the unified nature that is expansive and inclusive. In this state, you can be healed physically, emotionally and mentally - as you are restored and awakened to your deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you may need for your comfort.

It is time to gather by the sacred fire and celebrate as our ancestors did many moons ago. For it is Beltane! Beltane is a brilliant moment in the Wheel of the Year to bring ideas, hopes and dreams into action. Feel the magick of gathering in a witch's circle; it's a space to melt away your limiting beliefs and feel connected, healed, and empowered. Activate your magickal ways and ignite the magick in your life. Learn the basic skills of spell work and ritual, working with the elements, honouring our ancestors, and connecting with nature and ourselves. Come and participate in a circle filled with magick, ritual, and lots of cackling fun. Muggles are welcome too!

Using the technology of Kundalini Yoga, you will increase the awareness of self while accessing a higher state of consciousness. During this event, you will move through a kriya using breath, movement and sound to clear blocks and limiting beliefs within yourself and your surroundings. Doing so, will allow you to clear a pathway and attract more of what you desire. You will learn a 40 day transformative meditation and conclude this healing session with a gong meditation, to further integrate the practice and leave you with a deeper understanding of self and the clearing process.
