Presenter: Kyle Henderson

Experience a soft, gentle journey into the subtle realm of Self.  Using yoga rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will achieve physical, energetic and mental benefits. The practice will begin with an introduction to Qi Gong and move into a Yin Yoga.  With longer holds in your physical body, you will experience a moving awareness of the breath, and connections throughout the whole Self.

 

4:00PM - 5:00PM • Belly Dance

Presenter: Kim Mayberry

Belly Dance has deep roots and is considered one of the oldest forms of dance. Discover why this dance form has been passed from generation to generation and how it has changed over the years. You will be fascinated by the history, entranced by the music, and revel in the culture of this beautiful dance form with a professional teacher and performer who has been studying for over 20 years. You will learn basic technique, gain musical appreciation, and appreciate cultural nuance. You will receive a handout of all the information learned in class including a short choreography, as well as access to the playlist of music and a video with the combination learned in class.

5:30PM - 6:30PM • Movement is Life

Presenter: Matt Cahalin

Movement is life and every day is a gift! Finding a way that you love to move will bring so much balance into your life, both physically and mentally. Join this class to get the blood flowing and the body feeling alive. You will start the class with a warmup, followed by some body weight activity, and then a restorative cool down for you to absorb all the benefits of the work you put in.

7:00PM - 8:30PM • Soul Retrieval Journey

Presenter: Jaide Izon

Embark on a non-traditional journey to the edges of the universe, outside of space and time into the past/present/future, to collect and retrieve pieces of yourself that may have been left behind or hidden. In this hypnosis soul journey, you will recover the soul fragments that have been waiting for your rediscovery.

Boundaries are necessary in our personal lives as well as our spiritual lives to keep a healthy human balance. In this event, you will discover where you need boundaries, how to implement them into your life, and how to reclaim your energy once you discover what is yours and what is not. You will come to understand boundaries in the five core areas: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and time. If you are feeling unbalanced, heavy from other peoples’ energy or bothered by spirit or a busy mind, you will develop a renewed sense of confidence in learning how to discern and set boundaries.

Presenter: Mandy LeBlanc

Discover the ways you can use food as medicine to promote optimal immune function. During this event, you will learn what foods can be immune powerhouses, which ones to limit, and what to eat when you get sick. You will come to understand specific immune conditions and what you can do to best support them. Recipes highlighting powerful immune enhancing ingredients will be included!

5:30PM - 6:30PM • Space Clearing

Are you sensitive to energy within and around you? Would you like a better understanding about how you can shift the energy to create a scared container for yourself and your space? This workshop will guide you through several techniques on clearing yourself and what surrounds you. Using various smudging practices and raising vibrations, unlock the power of applying your voice and sound to clear blocks and unwanted energy. Your sacred container awaits.

Do you notice signs and symbols from the Universe? Do you pick up on the signs that your loved ones send you? Do you want to communicate with your higher self, passed loved ones or Spirit Guides, but don’t know how to listen to the answers or guidance they deliver? This workshop will awaken within you the ability to notice these signs and accept them as such, so you can feel more connected to yourself and spirit in your everyday life.

Using the knowledge of Kundalini Yoga, increase the awareness of self while accessing a higher state of consciousness. In this event, you will move through a kriya using breath, movement and sound to clear blocks and limiting beliefs within yourself and your surroundings. Doing so will allow you to clear a pathway and attract more of what you desire. You will learn a 40-day transformative meditation and conclude this healing session with a gong meditation to further integrate the practice.  Leave with a deeper understanding of self and the clearing process.

Your Inner Child is the birthplace of many wounds and oftentimes they are left hurt and forgotten in the deepest parts of the Heart. Experience Reiki and Balancing Energy Work throughout the room, while you partake in this Hypnosis Soul Journey. Bring love to your inner child, their wounds and recreate a safe haven for the child within to laugh, play and explore. Remember that you are loved.

4:30PM - 5:30PM • Pilates

When you learn to truly listen to what your body is telling you, you can heal and move from a more supportive, healthy, and informed place - while also finding more clarity within your mental health. Pilates is a full body movement experience with a focus on truly connecting the mind to body. With intentional movement and intuitive breathing, you will clear stagnant energy from the body, mind and lungs. You will work to create space and decompression in the joints and spine, while learning the basic principles of Pilates. You will leave this event feeling refreshed, spacious, buoyant, and strong. 

6:00PM - 7:30PM • Coming Back to You – Breathwork Experience

It’s time to come back to you. It’s time to remember the connection you have to your Earthly body and what makes you thrive in this human experience. Immerse yourself into the power of your breath. Explore how different breath patterns can create or release different types of energies and emotions from within. Learn how to harness this potent ancient technique to release thought patterns, conditioning and behaviours that no longer contribute to your growth and expansion. By simply breathing in a rhythm, you can generate your own life force energy, innate wisdom, connect to your Higher Self, receive inspiration, manifest quickly and build a deep relationship with your body, mind and Soul.

In this 2 hour event, explore channeled wisdom designed to reawaken knowledge within you and free you from the limiting beliefs of modern programming. Discover how trauma and generational patterns affect the Mind and Body, creating automatic responses of external chaos, anxiety, depression, and illness. Explore the illusion of Duality and how it affects every aspect of your perception and manifestations. Learn how to identify your Mental Attachments caused by Duality and how to listen to subconscious signals to recognize your limiting beliefs. Your Mind is your greatest asset, and once understood properly, is the key to your personal freedom and power. Discover who you truly are, the function of your Mind and how to use it productively. In this event you will expand on the knowledge from Part 1 – Demystifying the Mind, and step outside of your subconscious “auto pilot” creations and into conscious choice. Discover the Four Pillars of Creation and how to utilize your mind and body to become your desired manifestations. The Moon is much more than a guiding light in the sky - she is filled with mystery, magick and power, and her cycles affect us all. When you work with her natural ebbing and flowing ways, your life will flow with much more ease and grace. During this event, you will hear folklore teachings, learn how the different phases of the moon impact you, and what rituals you can do with each phase and how to harness her magick. This class is meant to be used as a guide for you to integrate these tools into your own practice and beliefs, making them your own.

Discover proven tips to sleep better and deeper each night. As you explore the research into the importance of sleep and its impact on your daily life, you will uncover the everyday things that disrupt a healthy sleep pattern and how to prevent them from doing so. To complete this event, you will experience a guided meditation technique that you can practice at home to create your own sleep happiness.

A glorious time of celebration and joy, a time to harvest what we have sown and make sacred pledges. Let's honour the deities, perform sacred rituals, and dance by the sacred flame. All are welcome to join this sacred Sabbat, whether you are a seasoned witch or a curious muggle who would like to connect with the magickal world. You will experience what it’s like to be in a witch’s coven through circle casting, banishing rights, sacred ritual work, and spell casting. Blessed Be!

Experience a unique yoga class, designed to open the pathways of your lower body, creating a grounded connection to the earth. Explore the incredible ways that the female body flows through its infradian rhythm (the 28-day cycle). You will discover how to support your body through nourishing food, movement, and lifestyle habits as you move throughout your cycle. This workshop is not limited to people who are cycling, as you will also explore ways that premenstrual and postmenstrual people can enhance their cyclical living. Awareness of these rhythms will help you to have understanding and compassion for where you’re at and help you to know when something might be out of balance. This is a great workshop for men who want to learn how to support their partners, daughters and female loved ones!

Human Design is your energetic blueprint as a human, and understanding it will help you understand yourself, your kids, your partner and your friends in a way that will create more harmony in your life. Delve into Human Design – The Foundations, where you will learn about your own design and how to integrate it into your life. You will leave this event knowing how to look up your own design and the first level of understanding of what Human Design is. This level is going to include what your energy type is, how you make decisions, when you are living out of alignment or making unaligned choices and how each design is meant to operate in the world. The foundations of Human Design will give you the biggest permission slip to be exactly who you are.
