Relax and surrender on your yoga mat or meditation cushion/chair and allow your chakras, endocrine system and brain to rebalance and realign. Leave the world behind, find your magic and allow yourself to experience true inner joy, peace and wellbeing.
4:00PM - 5:00PM • Dance Conditioning
Presenter: Kim Mayberry
Enjoy a fun workout that will uplift your spirit. Move through a thorough warm-up for joint mobility and ease and get your heart rate up with joy-based cardio. Strengthen and lengthen with barre exercises and challenge your brain with some easy combos and choreography. Dance will make you agile, flexible and strong and the music will make you smile. Movements will be drawn from Ballet, Belly Dance, Bollywood, Burlesque, Contemporary, Diva, Hip Hop, Ecstatic, Flamenco, Latin and Polynesian dance forms. No dance background needed - just an open heart.

Experience the transformative power of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice also known as "yogic sleep." The event will begin with a discussion on Sankalpa - an affirmation that will help you achieve your goals. You will discover invaluable knowledge on brain states and how they are essential to enhancing your experience. Following the discussion, you will shift your focus inward, beyond the five senses, and learn to balance between the states of wakefulness and sleep. As you journey through different brain states and energy layers with awareness, you will explore the subconscious and become empowered to change your belief systems. You will also experience a sense of interconnected wholeness and become aware of your timeless Self, which is expansive and inclusive. This state will enable physical, emotional and mental healing, as you are restored and awakened to your deepest, all-knowing and all-welcoming self. This workshop is for women, as well as men who want to better understand and support the women in their lives.

You may have heard about pelvic floor physiotherapy to decrease pelvic pain, but that’s only one piece of the pelvic bowl puzzle. The actual position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs has a major impact on hormone balance, fertility and healthy digestion. This type of bodywork as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, sometimes referred to as Maya Abdominal Massage, uses gentle, external massage techniques to improve circulation, lymphatic flow and restore energy to your pelvic region. During this event, you’ll learn more about this technique to support your body to release physical and emotional tension and bring renewed energy to your pelvic bowl.

Embark on a powerful and unique experiential session where you will use your voice to produce healing vibrational frequencies and restore balance in your body. You will be introduced to the theory of the five elements, in relation to the seasons, your body systems, movement, sound and healing. Discover a deeper understanding of how your physical, emotional and mental states are inherently linked, as well as the chants that are unique to your own healing journey. During this event, you will also receive a full body healing session through the shared energetic five elements qigong practice and chanting vibrations in the room.

Discover the process of rolling your tight muscles using therapy balls. Relief is possible with myofascial release, using techniques you can integrate and carry into your current routine. Your self-massage session will target deep into your high-tension areas. You will connect with breath to ease into release and may even get a laugh or two in! Therapy balls available to use.

This self work helps you understand your behaviors, triggers, wants and needs. When you begin inner child healing work, you tap into a part of yourself that is vulnerable and impressionable. During this event, you will be identifying and honoring why you behave in certain ways and will learn techniques which will support you in making different choices from a space of safety and alignment.

Can’t touch your toes? This is your class. Does yoga seem like it’s not for you, but you’re still curious? This is your class! You will learn how to make yoga work in your body and discover that truly any body can do yoga. You don’t need to force yourself into a pretzel to enjoy its benefits. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

EFT tapping is an energy Psychology technique that allows you to safely explore difficult emotions and release them from your body. The more you explore the exiled parts of yourself, the more you discover the messages those parts may have for you. We all struggle sometimes, but you don't need to suffer by getting stuck in difficult emotions. While it feels counterintuitive to go towards discomfort, the more you resist uncomfortable emotions - the stronger they become.
