Without necessary information, many will struggle to maneuver through this rapid period of growth and the energy that they encounter daily. Grief is the normal, and natural, response to any loss or change to the familiar within your life. Grief is one of life’s unifying experiences, something we will all journey through at some point, but it is certainly not an easy journey to take. During this event, you will discover how to reframe your perspective of grief. You will learn tools to help ease the raging waves of grief that are often experienced and you will learn to journey through grief with greater ease.  Explore how creating ritual during the different points of grief can help you and your loved one’s honor, witness and process the grief you are experiencing.  During this event, you will be fully supported as you allow your grief a safe space to express.

Experience the transformative power of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice also known as "yogic sleep." During this event, you will discover invaluable knowledge on brain states and how they are essential to enhancing your experience. Following the discussion, you will shift your focus inward, beyond the five senses, and learn to balance between the states of wakefulness and sleep. As you journey through different brain states and energy layers with awareness, you will explore the subconscious and become empowered to change your belief systems. You will also experience a sense of interconnected wholeness and become aware of your timeless Self, which is expansive and inclusive. This state will enable physical, emotional and mental healing, as you are restored and awakened to your deepest, all-knowing and all-welcoming self. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, optional eye mask and anything else you may need for your comfort. 

11:00AM – 12:30PM • Kundalini Detox

Presenter: Dr. Christine Perkins 

During this traditional Kundalini Yoga class, you will experience a detoxification of your whole system - mind and body. You will begin with ancient breathing techniques proven to relax the mind and cleanse energy pathways in the body. The “Kriya” and movement will set you up to detox your precious lymphatic system, bowels and liver. You will conclude this event with Shavasana followed by a meditation to create a positive mind and invite prosperity into your life.

It is time to gather by the sacred fire and celebrate as our ancestors did many moons ago - for it is Spring. It is a time for profound inner change, bringing powerful shifts filled with hope and optimism. Feel the magick of gathering in a witch's circle; it is a space to melt away your limiting beliefs and feel connected, healed and empowered. Activate your magickal ways and ignite the magick in your life. You will weave spells around releasing what isn't serving you and call in new vibrations of fresh beginnings, abundance and creativity. Come and participate in a circle filled with magick, ritual and lots of cackling fun. Muggles are welcome too.

Discover the powerful being that you have always been. During this guided experience, you will journey into the depths of self where you can trace your energy and find its origins. The human body has tremendous healing power which rests within you waiting to be utilized.  Through meditation, learn how to bring this power into your awareness and use it for your highest and greatest good.  When you address the emotional body and allow the energy to flow, the physical body can realign and operate more efficiently.  Allow yourself to surrender into a sacred space that is all your own.  Permit yourself to let go and heal from within.

This means we have incredible power and control over our future health, in preventing chronic diseases and increasing our longevity. During this event, you will delve into the intriguing discussion of lifespan versus healthspan. You will learn ways to help extend your healthspan, delay age-related health issues, repair damaged organs and improve your quality of life; for your whole life. You’ll leave feeling physically inspired, wanting to eat healthy foods and with tips for staying mentally active and minimizing stress.
