As a courtesy, registrants had until September 16th to cancel their reservation and receive a credit for a future retreat. As of September 17th, our final numbers and contract have been confirmed with the resort facility and reservations can no longer be cancelled or transferred to a credit. If a registrant no longer wishes to attend, they are welcome to sell their pass and transfer it to another name. All transfers must be reported to Banff Wellness Retreat to be finalized.

Please note that our cancellation policy states that Banff Wellness Retreat passes are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to new restrictions. If the event is cancelled, registrants will receive the option of a refund or a credit for a future retreat.
