Enjoy a fun workout that will uplift your spirit. Move through a thorough warm-up for joint mobility and ease and get your heart rate up with joy-based cardio. Strengthen and lengthen with barre exercises and challenge your brain with some easy combos and choreography. Dance will make you agile, flexible and strong and the music will make you smile. Movements will be drawn from Ballet, Belly Dance, Bollywood, Burlesque, Contemporary, Diva, Hip Hop, Ecstatic, Flamenco, Latin and Polynesian dance forms. No dance background needed - just an open heart.

The average person accumulates approximately 70,000 thoughts a day with 80% of them being repetitive and/or negative. When met with external pressures from everyday life, social expectations and traumas, our perception of what niceties, affirmations and encouragement we deserve become clouded. During this meditative breathwork session, you will learn how to use breathwork to drop past the chaos of the mind and into the essence of kindness and compassion found deep in your intuition. Allow yourself to look within and hear the kindness that you so easily give away to others. Bring your journal, a blanket, optional eye mask and anything that makes you feel comfortable.

Sound healing has been used by ancient civilizations since the beginning of time. This primordial teaching is based on the premise that all living matter vibrates at specific frequencies and that external sounds significantly change the vibration of different objects - such as our body. The sounds of nature alone instantly provides you a sense of immediate connection, creating an opportunity to release shields and masks you wear in your everyday life. During this event, you will have the opportunity to dive into a deep guided meditation, followed by the use of shamanic instruments to bring you to a pure state of presence and relaxation. In this state, you’ll be able to access parts of the self that have been hidden, and give awareness and love to a part of the self you haven’t explored yet. Connect to the source of everything and to yourself, through the guidance of the drums and your heartbeat. Through sound healing, you will discover the hidden power that exists inside you.

It’s not all in your head - the issues can be stuck in your tissues as your body holds on to emotional memories too. In Osteopathy, the belief is that a person’s negative emotions - such as those experienced during a traumatic event - can stay locked inside the body deep within the fascia. If not released in a timely manner, these negative emotions can turn into emotional triggers and/or physical issues, such as neck or back pain. Discover mind-body techniques such as breathing exercises, meditation, dance and other forms of body movement to release the fascial tension that’s weighing on your emotional and physical well-being.

Following the discussion, you will shift your focus inward, beyond the five senses, and learn to balance between the states of wakefulness and sleep. As you journey through different brain states and energy layers with awareness, you will explore the subconscious and become empowered to change your belief systems. You will also experience a sense of interconnected wholeness and become aware of your timeless Self, which is expansive and inclusive. This state will enable physical, emotional and mental healing, as you are restored and awakened to your deepest, all-knowing and all-welcoming self. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, optional eye mask and anything else you may need for your comfort.

EFT tapping is an energy Psychology technique that allows you to safely explore difficult emotions and release them from your body.  The more you explore the exiled parts of yourself, the more you discover the messages those parts may have for you. We all struggle sometimes, but you don't need to suffer by getting stuck in difficult emotions. While it feels counterintuitive to go towards discomfort, the more you resist uncomfortable emotions - the stronger they become. During this event, you will discover what tapping is, how it works, the tapping points and why you need to address difficult emotions. Through several demonstrations, you will release emotions and beliefs so you can return to balance and find peace.

Etheric (energetic) cords attach between you and the people in your life. Energy flows back and forth between these cords and they contribute to deep connection when the relationship is flowing well. However, when there is discord between people - the energy flowing through the cords can negatively impact physical, emotional and mental well-being. For example, you may have a past relationship that is preventing you from moving forward (whether or not you still have contact with that person). Or there may be someone in your present life (e.g., a friend, family, member, co-worker, relationship partner) causing you pain, stress or unhappiness. You might even have some unresolved issues with someone who has passed away. During this event you will learn about etheric cords, what they are and how they impact us. You will experience a guided visualization designed to help you cut the negative cords between you and another person to bring you peace, alignment and healing.

Feel the magick of gathering in a witch's circle; it is a space to melt away your limiting beliefs and feel connected, healed and empowered. Activate your magickal ways and ignite the magick in your life. Learn the basic skills of spellwork and ritual, working with the elements, honoring our ancestors and connecting with nature and ourselves. Participate in a circle filled with magick, ritual and lots of cackling fun. Muggles are welcome too!
