Delve into the power of self and take control of your future. In this event, you will embark on a visualization journey where you will discover your deepest desires. Permit yourself to relax, let go and allow the compass of your inner knowing to guide you. Learn about the two different manifestation styles - specific and non specific - and discover the manifestation method that works best for you! Following your visualization journey, you will complete a journaling period to create your personalized 111 Desire List. With this list, you will have a detailed map to accept and embrace what you truly want in this lifetime, not just what you think you should want. 

4:00PM - 5:00PM • Divine Feminine Belly Dance

Presenter: Kim Mayberry

Belly Dance has deep roots and is considered one of the oldest forms of dance. Discover why this dance form has been passed from generation to generation and how it has changed over the years. You will be fascinated by the history, entranced by the music, and revel in the culture of this beautiful dance form with a professional teacher and performer who has been studying for over 20 years. You will learn basic technique, gain musical appreciation and embrace cultural nuance. You will receive a handout of all the information learned in class including a short choreography, as well as access to the playlist of music and a video with the combination learned in class.

Presenter: Matt Cahalin

Movement is life and every day is a gift! Finding a way that you love to move will bring so much balance into your life, both physically and mentally. Join this class to get the blood flowing and the body feeling alive. You will start the class with a warmup, followed by some body weight activity, and then a restorative cool down for you to absorb all the benefits of the work you put in.

7:00PM - 8:30PM • Meditative Yin Yoga

Presenter: Kyle Henderson

Experience a soft, gentle journey into the subtle realm of Self.  Using yoga connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will achieve physical, emotional, mental and energetic benefits.  The practice will begin with an introduction to Qi Gong and move into Yin Yoga.  With postures held longer in your physical body, you will use Mindfulness of Breathing. By focusing on the breath, you become aware of the minds tendency to jump from one thing to another. This simple discipline of concentration brings you back to the present moment, that holds the richness of experience and numerous benefits.

Discover Reiki Energy Healing and the basic principles behind this Japanese healing technique. Reiki is available to everyone and it supports your natural ability to heal yourself. In this event, you will expand your understanding of energetic movement through your body and how you can better utilize it. You will explore the seven main Chakra's and how they each hold energy specific to different emotions and experiences. You will walk away with Reiki hand positions for self-healing to create deep and lasting change in your wellbeing.

4:00PM - 5:00PM • Gaining Emotional Freedom with Tapping

Presenter: Mandy LeBlanc

Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping, is a gentle, fast and effective tool that is excellent for stress management and transforming self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. In this event, you will discover how to integrate positive emotions, expand your beliefs and inspire new positive actions. You will delve into the science behind the technique, why it works and different situations it is effective for. As tapping is better experienced than explained, you will experience a tapping session and learn the beginner sequence!

5:30PM - 6:30PM • In The Driver Seat of Your Own Experience

Presenter: Hilary Wood and Kyle Henderson

Discover how you can be the active operator in your own experience, and how to shift away from a dysregulated nervous system. In this event, you will learn how to incorporate your previous experiences and the lessons you have learned, allowing you to relax and enjoy your life as it unfolds. Based on the Poly-Vagal theory, brain states and how the nervous system works, you will discover the perfection in your system. You will come to embrace the incredible protective force within you – the Autonomic Nervous System – and discover how this brilliant system functions to protect you from threat and danger. With a new found appreciation for your magnificent body, you can move forward with greater ease and clarity.

There are five Human Design energy types, which one are you? Your energy type can explain how you operate in the world, how you best make decisions and how you can optimally use your energy to interact with the Universe and others. In this event, you will  discover your energy type and learn how to move through life with greater energetic alignment. This event is designed to help you know yourself on a deeper level, so that you can thrive and create the life of your dreams.

Using ancient Transformational Guided healing practices combined for a unique and profound journey, you will learn techniques for mind, body, and spirit harmony. Delve into Japanese and Traditional Chinese Medicine acupressure and discover methods of stretching that will guide your body into balance and enhance meridian health. Through this practical and experiential meditation event, you will experience a rejuvenating state of calm and restore energetic equilibrium.

Take time to slow down and re-tune the body with the healing vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls. This journey will take you to the depths of your being - clearing the pathway and reminding you how to deeply listen, as the gateways open to the Universe's messages. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you may need for your comfort.

Experience a unique yoga class, designed to open the pathways of your lower body, creating a grounded connection to the earth. Through breath, movement and subtle body exploration, you will encourage a smooth current of energy through the body to help eliminate stress or stagnation and free up any areas that might feel blocked. Take time to physically connect to your inner knowing, a knowing that is always in alignment with your greater good and finish feeling lighter and clearer.

Are you ready to empower yourself through the power of your breath? Breathwork is a powerful way to unlock your full potential in all areas of your life. How you breathe shapes how you feel, your mindset, energy levels and how your physical body functions. During this transformational breathwork journey, you will be guided in a conscious altered breath pattern to access and release deep emotions, find clarity of mind and shift your body on a cellular level. From Oracle Cards and Numerology to Channeling and Mediumship, this event will delve into the various forms of communication and how you can unleash your own divine guidance.

The Moon is much more than a guiding light in the sky - she is filled with mystery, magick and power. Her cycles affect us all. When you work with her natural ebbing and flowing ways, your life will flow with much more ease and grace. During this event, you will hear folklore teachings, learn how the different phases of the moon impact you and what rituals you can do with each phase. You will leave with an understanding of how to harness her magick and integrate these tools into your own practice and beliefs.

Boundaries are necessary – personally and spiritually – to support you in keeping a healthy balance. In this event, you will discover where you need boundaries, how to easily implement them into your life and how to reclaim your energy. You will come to understand boundaries in the five core areas: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and time. If you are feeling unbalanced and heavy from other energy or overwhelemed by Spirit, you will develop a renewed sense of confidence in learning how to discern and set boundaries.

Samhain is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. It is the Witch's Halloween! Feel the magick of gathering in a witch's circle – a space to melt away your limiting beliefs and feel connected, healed and empowered. Activate your magickal ways and ignite it within your life. Learn the basic skills of spell work and ritual, working with the elements, honoring our ancestors and connecting with nature and ourselves. Come and participate in a circle filled with magick, ritual and lots of cackling fun.

Experience the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, complimented by the healing vibration of crystal sound bowls. Through this experience, you will journey into the numerous layers of energy within yourself and explore these different aspects.  Shift from dense matter and blocks, to subtle energy and thought. Work to affect change in subconscious beliefs, increase positive brain states and move towards infinite possibilities of healing.

This guided journey will help you discover your team and unlock your own unique dialog of communication. Please bring a journal and pen with you.

Deepen your understanding of Qigong through this experiential event. Whether you are brand new to Qigong or you attended the Saturday Connect to Calm with Qigong introductory session, you will experience how you can integrate breath, gentle movements, visualization and sound to help balance your energy. With balanced energy, you will experience your optimal health and be able to connect to peace in your heart. You do not need to attend the introductory event to attend this event.

During this event, you will learn various forms of muscle testing and how you can use this tool to communicate with your subconscious mind. In addition, you will learn how muscle testing can be used to determine your belief system at the subconscious level. By testing certain statements and affirmations, your body will show you if you are in alignment with your goals in life. Your beliefs create your reality! Incorporating a healthy lifestyle and eating habits can be difficult without practical tools and routines! During this event, you will learn simple tools and strategies that you can incorporate with minimal effort. Delve into topics such as batch prepping, seasonal eating, low-toxin living and supplement routines. Explore easy holistic nutrition staples like sprouting, as well as making your own homemade nut milk and ferments. Allow this event to motivate you to create your own routine and incorporate healthy habits into your life!
