This workshop is for women, as well as men who want to better understand and support the women in their lives.

Embark on a powerful and unique experiential session where you will use your voice to produce healing vibrational frequencies and restore balance in your body. You will be introduced to the theory of the five elements, in relation to the seasons, your body systems, movement, sound and healing. Discover a deeper understanding of how your physical, emotional and mental states are inherently linked, as well as the chants that are unique to your own healing journey. During this event, you will also receive a full body healing session through the shared energetic five elements qigong practice and chanting vibrations in the room.

When you begin inner child healing work, you tap into a part of yourself that is vulnerable and impressionable.  During this event, you will be identifying and honoring why you behave in certain ways and will learn techniques which will support you in making different choices from a space of safety and alignment.

Can’t touch your toes?  This is your class.  Does yoga seem like it’s not for you, but you’re still curious? This is your class!  You will learn how to make yoga work in your body and discover that truly any body can do yoga.  You don’t need to force yourself into a pretzel to enjoy its benefits.  If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

6:00PM - 7:30PM • Breathwork: Connect to Your Soul Essence

Presenter: Randa Sultan

Empower yourself through the power of your breath. How you breathe shapes how you feel, your mindset, energy levels and how your physical body functions. During this deep breathwork journey, you will be guided in a conscious altered breath pattern to access and release deep emotions, find clarity of mind and shift your body on a cellular level. You will be held in a safe, supportive and nurturing container as you open, expand and heal. As you journey through different brain states and energy layers with awareness, you will explore the subconscious and become empowered to change your belief systems. This state will enable physical, emotional and mental healing, as you are restored and awakened to your deepest, all-knowing and all-welcoming self. Embark on a serene and gentle journey into the subtler aspects of your Self with Yin Yoga. This yoga style utilizes Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to bring about physical, emotional, mental and energetic benefits. The session commences with an introduction to Qi Gong, which then progresses into Yin Yoga. As you hold each pose for an extended duration, you will incorporate Mindfulness of Breathing into your practice. This technique helps you focus on your breath, enabling you to observe the mind's tendency to wander aimlessly. By maintaining this discipline of concentration, you can return to the present moment and experience its profound richness, which offers numerous benefits.  These benefits include changing brain states, moving the focus from external to internal for repair and resiliency, releasing beneficial chemicals within the body and toning your nervous system.
