Connect to your Higher Self through gentle movement. Tune in, move with intention, go deeper, reflect and receive. Discover how dance and yoga are portals to the Soul, and movement is medicine. This event will include a combination of sacred movement, somatic connection and an opportunity to reflect on what comes up for you. You will receive Reiki from a Master Teacher for healing and your Higher Good. Bring a journal, yoga mat and a blanket or warm clothes.

Experience a unique yoga class, designed to open the pathways of your lower body, creating a grounded connection to the earth. Through breath, movement and subtle body exploration, you will encourage a smooth current of energy through the body to help eliminate stress or stagnation and free up any areas that might feel blocked. Take time to physically connect to your inner knowing, a knowing that is always in alignment with your greater good and finish feeling lighter and clearer.

5:30PM - 6:30PM • Movement is Life

Movement is life and every day is a gift! Finding a way that you love to move will bring so much balance into your life, both physically and mentally. Join this class to get the blood flowing and the body feeling alive. You will start the class with a warmup, followed by some body weight activity, and then a restorative cool down for you to absorb all the benefits of the work you put in.

7:00PM - 8:30PM • Meditative Yin Yoga

Presenter: Kyle Henderson

Experience a soft, gentle journey into the subtle realm of Self.  Using yoga connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine, you will achieve physical, emotional, mental and energetic benefits.  The practice will begin with an introduction to Qi Gong and move into Yin Yoga.  With postures held longer in your physical body, you will use Mindfulness of Breathing. By focusing on the breath, you become aware of the minds tendency to jump from one thing to another. This simple discipline of concentration brings you back to the present moment, that holds the richness of experience and numerous benefits.

Incorporating a healthy lifestyle and eating habits can be difficult without practical tools and routines! During this event, you will learn simple tools and strategies that you can incorporate with minimal effort. Delve into topics such as batch prepping, seasonal eating, low-toxin living and supplement routines. Explore easy holistic nutrition staples like sprouting, as well as making your own homemade nut milk and ferments. Allow this event to motivate you to create your own routine and incorporate healthy habits into your life!

4:00PM - 5:00PM • Financing Your Energy

As human beings, we are comprised of energy and it's important to know how and where we are spending this energy. During this event, you will discover the impact that your energy has on your physical, mental and emotional health. Your physical body keeps score of this spending and over time this could result in "dis" ease.  Exploring the energy centers, you will discover the true cost of using your energy, allowing you to make better decisions about how you will spend your energetic currency.

5:30PM - 6:30PM • Candle Magick

Candle Magick is a powerful ancient tradition with a long history and is an essential tool for a witch. In this event, you will learn the fundamentals of candle magick – dressing your candle, candle colours, candle divination, candle rituals for love, healing and money. You will learn how to use candles in your magickal workings and daily life. This event is meant to serve as a guide for you to integrate these tools into your own practice and beliefs.

Discover Reiki Energy Healing and the basic principles behind this Japanese healing technique. Reiki is available to everyone and it supports your natural ability to heal yourself. In this event, you will expand your understanding of energetic movement through your body and how you can better utilize it. You will explore the seven main Chakra's and how they each hold energy specific to different emotions and experiences. You will walk away with Reiki hand positions for self-healing to create deep and lasting change in your wellbeing.

Presenter: Caroline Dalton

Using the technology of Kundalini Yoga, you will increase the awareness of self while accessing a higher state of consciousness. In this event, you will move through a kriya using breath, movement and sound to clear blocks and limiting beliefs within yourself and your surroundings. Doing so, will allow you to clear a pathway and attract more of what you desire. You will learn a 40 day transformative meditation and conclude this healing session with a gong meditation, to further integrate the practice and leave you with a deeper understanding of self and the clearing process.

Delve into the power of self and take control of your future. In this event, you will embark on a visualization journey where you will discover your deepest desires. Permit yourself to relax, let go and allow the compass of your inner knowing to guide you. Learn about the two different manifestation styles - specific and non specific - and discover the manifestation method that works best for you! Following your visualization journey, you will complete a journaling period to create your personalized 111 Desire List. With this list, you will have a detailed map to accept and embrace what you truly want in this lifetime, not just what you think you should want.

2:00PM - 4:00PM • Witches Magick Circle – Celebrating Samhain

It is time to gather by the sacred fire and celebrate as our ancestors did many moons ago, for it is Samhain! Samhain is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. It is the Witch's Halloween! Feel the magick of gathering in a witch's circle – a space to melt away your limiting beliefs and feel connected, healed and empowered. Activate your magickal ways and ignite it within your life. Learn the basic skills of spell work and ritual, working with the elements, honoring our ancestors and connecting with nature and ourselves. Come and participate in a circle filled with magick, ritual and lots of cackling fun. 

4:30PM - 5:30PM • Spring Forest Qigong

Deepen your understanding of Qigong through this experiential event. Whether you are brand new to Qigong or you attended the Saturday Connect to Calm with Qigong introductory session, you will experience how you can integrate breath, gentle movements, visualization and sound to help balance your energy. With balanced energy, you will experience your optimal health and be able to connect to peace in your heart. You do not need to attend the introductory event to attend this event.

6:00PM - 7:30PM • Unlocking Your Highest Potential – Breathwork Experience

Presenter: Emily Toll & Stuart Tibbett

Are you ready to activate the next step in your evolution? The journey of self-actualization is an ongoing process. Working through the triggers, processing uncomfortable emotions, traumas, witnessing the areas where you are in allegiance to suffering. Breathwork calls you out and calls you forward. It allows you to go deep into the Mind, into the tissues of the Body, creating more space for parts of your Soul to land back into your Earthly vessel again. For time immemorial the sound of the drum has brought humans together. Enjoy a full body rhythmic experience in this dance class and drum circle. You do not need an instrument - just your body. You will warm up with invigorating movement and explore different rhythms, all while learning simple hand-drumming techniques. We will play together in a circle and feel the connection we will create together - the group’s heartbeat.

Trauma is a universal experience that takes shape in very tangible, yet hidden ways. In this event, you will experience a paradigm shift in how you think about trauma and the patterns of coping that it creates in your life. You will come to understand how the neurobiology of trauma affects every aspect of your being through your physical, social, emotional, cognitive and spiritual health. The experience of trauma has a way of disconnecting us from ourselves and the larger human experience. Through exploring the concept of trauma, you will discover that the meaning it holds can lead you on a path of healing, wholeness and self-compassion.

Explore the incredible ways that the female body flows through its infradian rhythm (the 28-day cycle). We will dive into how we can support our female bodies through nourishing food, movement, and lifestyle habits as we move throughout our cycles. This workshop is not limited to people who are cycling, as we will also explore ways that premenstrual and postmenstrual people can enhance their cyclical living. Awareness of these rhythms will help you to have understanding and compassion for where you’re at and help you to know when something might be out of balance. This could also be a great workshop for men who want to learn how to support their partners and daughters!
