As you journey through different brain states and energy layers with awareness, you will explore the subconscious and become empowered to change your belief systems. During this event, you will delve into various concepts such as disordered eating, emotional eating and body dysmorphia - as well as the resulting negative psychological and physiological effects that impact daily functioning and self-esteem. It is undeniable that Society plays a significant role in the development and perpetuation of disordered eating, leading to body dissatisfaction, low self-esteem and reduced quality of life. This event will begin the process of shifting your perspectives, allowing you to delve deeper into the core reasons that influence disordered eating behaviors and your need for control. You will explore the guilt and shame that society and invalidating environments have created around food. It is time to change the negative messages that distort self-perception and start fostering a mindset of evolving self-love. You will gain invaluable insight, allowing you to recognize the signs, symptoms and underlying causes.
